Overprotected is a photographic diptych about family values and the role of parenting in contemporary society. A strict education and morbid attachment resolve in undeveloped child. Parenting as costrictions, treating childs as pocelain dolls, something to protect at the cost of being trapped, asphyxiated.
Was shot during Contemporary Cluster’s workshop in collaboration with Lost and Found studio with Mustafà Sabbagh and Matteo Basilè
